Shipping and Returns


We ship to UK addresses via Royal Mail. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

We offer:

  • Free Next Day Shipping on All Orders over £30.
  • Free Standard Shipping on All Orders under £30.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that there is no obvious damage before accepting the parcel.


  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail First Class - 2 - 3 Working Days
  • Next Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Working Day 

Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a Royal Mail tracking number.

Our warehouse has a 24 hour turn around. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays).

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 100 days of receiving the item.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the item was received.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us here. We will be happy to provide you with our return instructions for your order. Please do not attempt to return your order before receiving confirmation and instructions from us, or we may not be able to process your return.

Once we have received you returns request, we will send you details of how to return the item to us. You can send the item back using a courier of your choice. Once your item is received, will we refund you the cost of return shipping, up to £5. You will need to return the item within 14 days of receiving confirmation of your return. If you are unable to do so, please contact us as soon as possible. After 14 days, the return request will be cancelled, and you'll need to make a new returns request.

If you purchased your jewellery from an authorised Valentina retailer, to obtain a refund or replacement please contact the authorised Valentina retailer or service provider from where it was originally purchased.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to contact the authorised Valentina retailer or service provider to arrange a return, Valentina will honour the returns policy stated above, but will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the unwanted item in the form of store credit, provided the request is accompanied with valid proof of purchase.
