Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a Royal Mail tracking number.
Our warehouse has a 24 hour turn around. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays).

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the item was received.
Please note that Valentina does not offer free returns and the costs of the return will not be refunded by Valentina. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you use a tracked return method. Valentina is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

If you purchased your jewellery from an authorised Valentina retailer, to obtain a refund or replacement please contact the authorised Valentina retailer or service provider from where it was originally purchased within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to contact the authorised Valentina retailer or service provider to arrange a return, Valentina will honour the returns policy stated above, but will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the unwanted item in the form of store credit, provided the request is accompanied with valid proof of purchase.
